Recruitment is ToughIf you are looking for a job chances are you have had some type of run in with a recruiter. Major companies are making more use out of recruiters today because competition is fiercer than ever. It is vital that companies have the top talent in each sector because if they don't, they are undercutting themselves. As a potential employee, there are a few things that you can do to make yourself stand out from the others and impress your recruiter. First off, never lie on your CV. If a recruiter finds out that you lied on your CV you can say goodbye to that dream job and any other potential future positions within the company. Even if you do not land the job you may be able to secure a similar position in the future. You have to think about the big picture when it comes to job hunting.
